The leviathan lurks the deep of the Indian Ocean waiting on ships to make its prey. Its body like a snake that slithers through the waves. With several heads; mouths filled with sharp fangs. It moves with a stillness; a calmness. It then attacks a trading ship. It attacks at first by moving the boat, pushing it like a big wave; rocking it. Its attack become larger, almost tipping the boat on its side. It then appears; its scaly skin catching the light and sending the reflections into sailors’ eyes. I wraps in body around the ship and constricts until the boat breaks; fragments flying and sailors falling into the depths. Their spices cover the ocean in a blanket and the smell of cinnamon fills the air.
