Hey there Super Vape Fam, we have a bit of an announcement for you all to have a quick read of.
We have been inundated with enquiries in person in shops, over the phone to all of our stores, to our customer service line, emails, facebook messages, you name it we have had them. We are not here to weigh in on any personal opinions on the matter, just put all of the FACTS in one place for you to digest and understand.
On the 19th of June, the Australian Government released a statement stating the following:
"The Australian Government has announced that they intend to ask the Governor-General in Council to amend the Customs (Prohibited Import) Regulations from 1 July 2020 prohibiting the importation of e-cigarettes containing vaporiser nicotine (nicotine in solution or in salt or base form) and nicotine-containing refills unless on prescription from a doctor."
At this stage of proceedings, this does not in any way impact our brick and mortar or online presence here in Australia. All of the same liquids and hardware will be available as always in-store and at www.supervapestore.com.au , this proposal impacts the importation of liquids containing nicotine.
Our international team is working around the clock to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Due to the massive increase in orders and delays with couriers, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will arrive before July 1st 2020.
Orders that arrive after July 1st 2020 may be subject to seizure. You are ordering at your own risk however you are able to get a prescription from a GP which will help allow your goods to be imported into Australia.
A TGA Import Permit (under the name of the doctor issuing the prescription) will be required to allow these goods to be imported into Australia.
Once your order has been sent, you will be emailed the tracking. There can be delays in tracking being updated, please bear with us as we are working hard on delivering everything out to everyone!
Any new orders placed have a current expected ship date of June 29th.
